Using cpmtools under Windows may be a PITA. Thankfully, you can install a full-fledged Linux distro inside your Windows box, without the need to juggle with virtual machines, using Windows Subsystem for Linux.
In 1987, Institute “Mihajlo Pupin” in Belgrade developed the TIM 011, an 8-bit school computer based on Hitachi HD64180 CPU, a highly integrated Z80 derivative working on 6,144 MHz. In 2024, an international team recreated the computer’s motherboard and plans to extend it.
